“Compost Awareness Week” on Sunday 8th May

Held on Martyn’s Constable’s Allotment, where he plans to plant legumes and
add his own compost to improve the fertility of poor allotment soil. We
built the heap following the methods of Miss Maye Bruce Maye Bruce poster who lived near Bisley in Tunley, and added “QR” compost activator – her flower recipe – to
enhance the speed of the composting process.
